Personal Statement

Dr. Haran Sivakumar is a double board-certified addiction medicine physician. He is experienced in treating patients struggling with substance use in a broad array of treatment settings including virtual treatment, office-based treatment, intensive outpatient programs, opioid treatment programs, hospital-based detox programs, and residential rehabilitation facilities. He offers medication management and behavioral psychotherapy to his patients. His training includes a fellowship in addiction medicine at the Addiction Institute of Mount Sinai as well as residency training at University of California San Diego and medical school at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
